Our recent edition to the Hang Time family, Waterbury, launching October 2018, hopes to serve as a catalyst for collaboration in reentry efforts. Meeting every second Wednesday of every month at the Waterbury Opportunities Industrialization Center, we are hoping to create a welcoming environment for ex-offenders, community members, and city officials to gather and share resources together.
